​Whidbey Island Arts Council currently offers two grants. Grant applications will be processed April 1st and October 1st annually.
Visual Artists Grants Program
This grant is designed to encourage professional artists by providing funds for needs such as research, documentation, equipment or materials, skills enhancement through workshops, or studio upgrades. We are dedicated to serving those in financial need.​

​Youth Musician Grants Program

This award is intended to encourage promising young musicians in the pursuit of music performance studies and experience beyond high school, whether in college, conservatory or through private training. These funds may be used for such things as private lessons, music scores, instrument maintenance, masterclasses or summer workshops, paying professional accompanists for support at auditions/recordings, etc.
