Gather 2 Member Exhibition Application

June 20-21, 2026 – Coupeville Rec Hall and Pacific NW Art School

WIAC is pleased to invite all current members to submit works for our upcoming members-only show – Gather 2! Share your latest creations – 2-D or 3-D: paintings, photographs, sculptures, whatever. We even have plans to include performing artist and literary artist members!

We request two pieces from each member participant. – one for each of the two show locations. Complete the short application below, then plan to drop off your pieces on the morning of June 20. Pre-registration is accepted on a first-come, space-available basis. And if you can help, volunteers are needed to assist with set-up, sales and post-show tasks.

Eligibility:
• applicants must be age 18+,
• applicants must be current WIAC members in good standing, through June 21, 2026,

GATHER 2 EVENT DETAILS...

WIAC Members are invited to display two original pieces of 2-D or 3-D visual art. Performing and literary artist members are also invited to participate.

  • Dates: June 20-21, 2026

  • Locations: Coupeville Rec Hall and Pacific NW Art School

  • Show Times: 10am to 6pm daily

  • Artists are not required (but are encouraged) to be present during the show

  • Art Delivery: Saturday June 20, 7:30-9:30am

  • Art Pickup: Sunday June 21, 6-7:30pm

  • Participation Fee: FREE

  • Sales Commission: 70/30 split with WIAC

  • Sales and Excise Tax: WIAC will handle all sales and will report sales taxes collected to the state

  • Receipts: WIAC will account for all sales and commissions to each artist within 30 days of the show’s end.

Instructions:

  • Fill out the form and sign (you may sign electronically, if your software supports that function). Otherwise, print and sign manually.

  • Save the signed and completed form to your hard drive. Or photograph the first page only with a cellphone camera.

  • Upload the saved or photographed file in the W-9 field on the application to the right.

  • This form may also be filled out when you drop off your artwork.
