Fiscally-Sponsored Programs

Whidbey Island Art Council serves as an "umbrella" organization, offering its 501(c)(3) nonprofit status to emerging arts organizations. This allows local emerging organizations to offer tax deductible giving to their donors, and apply for private and public funding as a non-profit organization.
