The volunteer board of directors at Whidbey Island Arts Council (WIAC) invites you to join our efforts to support the arts on Whidbey Island! Since 1980, WIAC has provided support and encouragement to a wide variety of arts events and organizations throughout the island. Many existing local arts organizations began as sponsored programs of WIAC, and others continue to rely on WIAC sponsorship.
We invite you to come meet us and learn about our mission to support the arts on Whidbey. There are current openings on the board of directors, and volunteers are welcome for both long and short-term projects. Meet & Greet events are scheduled every few months and we hope you will consider attending. You do not need to be an artist or even consider yourself creative to join. A love for the arts in our community is all that is required!
