The Whidbey Island Arts Council runs a series of free or low cost after school Art classes for children, 8 to 12 years of age. WIAC targets the underserved island population first, and then open remaining class seats to all children in this age group. WIAC also provides free art supplies for Whidbey Schools children.

Contact WIAC for more information.

Artist Grants and Scholarships
This fund provides assistance and relief grants to Whidbey working artists. Recent grants were made to artists who lost their studios from storm damage or fire.
